I’m here to acknowledge every aspect of you that got you where you are today.

Bailey earned her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University in 2024. She completed her undergraduate degree in Health Promotion and Behavior from the University of Georgia in 2022 which allows her to embrace a more holistic approach. She was born and raised in Georgia, but she has fallen in love with living in North Carolina.

Bailey is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space for clients to discuss their lived experiences. If you’ve ever wondered to yourself, “does my brain work differently than others?” when navigating life’s challenges, you are not alone. She believes every person is unique, and she finds great value in collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to help clients achieve lasting change, and she will celebrate with you every step of the way! Bailey enjoys working with clients of all backgrounds who may be facing challenges due to neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, self harm, and relationship issues.

Bailey works with individuals ages 12 and up, and she especially enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and their families. She specializes in late diagnosed ADHD and Autism, anxiety, and self harm behaviors. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and solution-focused. In sessions, Bailey may use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory, and narrative therapy.

Outside of work, Bailey loves reading, hiking with her husband & dog, practicing yoga, and a good cup of coffee!
